Waterview Condo Price News Update: (from recent news report)
Property developer Sim Lian has already sold 200 units at the Waterview condo project at Bedok Reservoir since the preview started, with an average selling price of $838 psf.
So far, Sim Lian has released 50 percent or 348 units of the 696-unit Waterview condo.
Units range from two- to four-room units, as well as six-room penthouses. Sizes of the units range from between 786 sq ft for a two-room unit and 4,768 sq ft for a penthouse.
Sim Lian is developing the condo at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and 10, which it acquired in a public tender in March for around $421 psf of potential gross floor area.
